    Please note that for this role, C2 Dutch proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.

    What you will do

    • Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities in the Dutch market.

    • Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team.

    • Continuously improve customer experience and streamline processes .

    • Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seek out potential partnerships, staying ahead of industry developments.

    • Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation.

    What Makes You a Great Fit

    • Motivated to drive change in renewables and make a positive impact.

    • Experience in B2B customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers.

    • Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering.

    • Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem and a degree in economics, engineering, or a related field (are a plus).

    • Excellent Dutch and English communication and presentation skills.
