    You are more than a Product Manager. You are a growth strategist, experimenter, and customer advocate who thrives on turning insights into measurable business outcomes. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Data, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Revenue, helping Doodle create seamless user experiences that drive activation, retention, and expansion.

    What You Will Do

    As a Growth Product Manager, you will own the Growth roadmap and play a critical role in shaping how users discover, adopt, and derive value from Doodle.

    Growth Strategy & Roadmap

    • Own and maintain the Growth roadmap, balancing short term optimization opportunities with longer term product investments.

    • Translate business goals, customer insights, analytics, and experimentation results into clear priorities, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.

    • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Revenue teams to align priorities and execution.

    Product Led Growth

    • Own key user journeys across activation, engagement, monetization, retention, and expansion.

    • Identify friction points, growth opportunities, and adoption patterns throughout the customer lifecycle.

    • Develop a deep understanding of user behavior and customer needs through both quantitative and qualitative research.

    Experimentation & Optimization

    • Build and manage a structured experimentation backlog.

    • Define hypotheses, success metrics, rollout plans, and evaluation frameworks.

    • Partner with Engineering and Data teams to ensure experiments are correctly instrumented and measurable.

    • Champion evidence based decision making across product development.

    User Activation & Adoption

    • Improve onboarding experiences, activation flows, lifecycle journeys, and feature adoption.

    • Identify the key moments that drive habit formation and long term customer value.

    • Partner with Marketing and Lifecycle teams to improve customer education, engagement, and conversion.

    Cross Functional Leadership

    • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams.

    • Help define KPIs, funnel reporting, and success metrics.

    • Communicate insights, recommendations, and priorities to stakeholders across the organization.

    Our Ideal Candidate

    We are looking for a product led growth professional who combines strong product thinking with analytical rigor and commercial judgment.

    Growth Product Experience

    • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth Product Management, Product Led Growth, or similar SaaS environments.

    • Proven track record of owning product initiatives that delivered measurable business impact.

    Experimentation Mindset

    • Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies, A/B testing, and growth analytics.

    • Experience designing, running, and evaluating experiments that improve user and business outcomes.

    Analytical Excellence

    • Strong analytical skills across activation, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics.

    • Ability to identify root causes behind performance changes and translate findings into actionable product decisions.

    Collaboration & Communication

    • Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Revenue teams.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    • Comfortable operating in a fast moving environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience in SaaS, Product Led Growth, subscription businesses, or marketplaces.

    • Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, GrowthBook, GA4, or similar analytics and experimentation platforms.

    • Experience working on onboarding, lifecycle optimization, pricing, packaging, or monetization initiatives.
