Your mission
Startups are built by people who are willing to jump into whatever matters most. At mama health, we're looking for a Working Student who wants to do exactly that.
You'll work directly with our leadership team across business operations, finance, and strategic projects. No two weeks will look the same - you might help improve internal processes, support finance topics, prepare analyses for strategic decisions, or help keep company-wide goals and OKRs on track.
This is not a passive support role. You'll be given real ownership from day one and the opportunity to learn how an AI startup is built from the inside.
You will:
- Support day-to-day business operations across the company.
- Assist with finance and accounting-related tasks.
- Help prepare analyses, presentations, and research for strategic projects.
- Support company-wide planning, goal tracking, and OKRs.
- Improve internal processes and help keep the business running efficiently.
- Take ownership of your own projects and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, Business & Economics, or a related degree.
- Available to work around 20 hours per week onsite in Berlin.
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured way of working.
- Curious, proactive, and excited to take ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities change quickly.
- Fluent in either German or English (both are absolutely fine).
- Previous experience in a startup, consulting, finance, or operations role.
- Interest in AI, healthcare, and technology.
- Experience working with data or business analytics.
