Join our People & Organization team as a data-driven HR professional reporting to the Director of HR Operations. In this role, you'll take ownership of HR analytics and reporting while gradually expanding your expertise into Compensation & Benefits. You’ll also support the administration of pensions and employee benefits, collaborating closely with Payroll and HR Services.This is a great opportunity to combine hands-on operational work with strategic development projects—perfect for someone eager to grow at the intersection of data and total rewards. Responsibilities: HR Analytics & Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards and KPIs using SAP SuccessFactors. Generate monthly and ad hoc reports (e.g. headcount, turnover), ensure data quality, and deliver insights to HR, Finance, and business leaders. Compensation (Development Area): Support salary reviews, compensation analysis, and benchmarking. Assist in implementing SuccessFactors Compensation and reviewing job offers with HRBPs. Benefits & Admin Support: Coordinate company pension and employee benefit programs. Maintain benefit-related data and help resolve employee queries in close coordination with Payroll and HR Services. Projects & Initiatives: Contribute to international benefit rollouts, policy harmonization, and system implementations. Help improve compliance and data privacy processes, and support strategic workforce planning through data analysis. Requirements: Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in ExcelExperience with HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Power BI Interest in developing Compensation & Benefits expertise Familiarity with AI and its application in HRBackground in HR Ops, Controlling, or BI preferred Precise, structured work style and good communication skills Fluent in English #LI-KF1 #LI-Berlin #LI-Munich
