What you'll build Position title: Working Student (f/m/d) – Sales Development & Demand Generation (SAP Customer Experience) Work Area: Presales Location: Berlin (2 days per week on-site) Expected start date: as soon as possible Duration: 6 months (with a strong preference for an extension thereafter), 20 hours per week In this role, you’ll: Drive outbound demand generation campaigns for our SAP Customer Experience (CX) Partner-Led Territory (PLT) team in the German market Plan and execute multi-channel outreach – Email, LinkedIn and phone, in close collaboration with Sales & Marketing Research and qualify target accounts and decision-makers across Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Products industries Prepare pitch decks, customer-facing collateral, and campaign assets Keep CRM data clean & run sequences in Outreach; track and report on campaign performance Take ownership of your own campaigns, test what works, and iterate together with the team What you bring Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Communications, Business Informatics or comparable Computer skills / tools: Confident with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); first exposure to Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & MS Office is a plus Language skills: Fluent in German (written and verbal – essential for the DACH market) and fluent in English Soft skills: Proactive and self-organized, curious mindset, strong communicator, team player who enjoys picking up the phone and engaging with customers Nice to have: First experience in sales, marketing, SDR/BDR or any customer-facing role Working from the Berlin office is required approx. 2 days per week. Where you belong You’ll join SAP Customer Experience (CX) – our portfolio around commerce, sales, service, marketing and customer data solutions that helps companies build lasting customer relationships. Within SAP CX you’ll sit inside the Partner-Led Territory (PLT) sales team for Germany, winning new customers together with our partner ecosystem. Our mission: grow SAP CX in the German mid-market by combining SAP’s category-leading technology with the hands-on expertise of our partners. Day to day, we run outbound demand generation campaigns, qualify opportunities, host joint events with partners, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Solution Advisory and Partner Management. You’ll work alongside experienced sales professionals, get early exposure to enterprise B2B SaaS, and own campaigns and accounts from day one. It’s not just selling software – it’s about trust, transforming businesses and helping the world run better. Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
