    Job Description

    • Support the Sales team in day-to-day operations, including preparation of customer meetings (e.g., outside-in shop analysis, decision maker prospecting) and pitch materials
    • Help set-up CRM concepts and processes for a SCAYLE spin-off
    • Create basic reports to analyze campaign and pipeline performance
    • Own projects such as the triangulation of partner ecosystems and the creation of a partner map using tools such as NotebookLM and HubSpot
    • Support the optimization of templates, processes, and tools across Sales and Growth activities
    • Help prepare outbound activities and event executions 
    • Segment leads and accounts and support the further development of the sales pipeline

    Qualifications

    • Enrolled student in a top-tier university (Business, Economics, Business Informatics, Marketing, or a related field)
    • Strong interest (or even work experience) in SaaS, B2B Sales, Growth topics or start-ups
    • High level of entrepreneurship and and motivation to improve and build processes
    • Structured, detail-oriented, and analytical working style
    • High proficiency working with xls/sheets/slides and applying genAI
    • Strong communication skills in English and German

    Nice To Have 

    • Experience in high-performance environments (startup, SaaS, consulting)
    • First experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)
