    About the role

FRAMEN is one of Europe's fastest-growing Digital Outdoor Media networks, with 50+ employees working with leading brands and advertising agencies globally. We combine premium indoor environments, strong content context, and technology to deliver high-attention advertising experiences.

As a Working Student in Operations, you'll support the day-to-day operations behind our screen network. You'll be the point of contact in our support inbox, keep our database up to date, handle device shipments and returns, and get hands-on with our Android hardware, a great opportunity to learn how a DOOH network runs from the inside.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage our support inbox: respond to incoming requests, escalate issues internally to the right team, and follow up until they're resolved.
    • Perform simple operations in our database, keeping screen and device records accurate and up to date.
    • Handle physical device shipments, either directly from our office or by placing orders with our warehouse.
    • Process returned devices: check their condition, document findings, and try to replicate issues our clients reported.
    • Perform tests and checks on our Android hardware, learning to work with ADB and connect to devices over the network.

    Job requirements

    • Enrolled at a university in Germany, ideally in a technical, business, or related field.

    • Reliable, well-organized, and comfortable with hands-on work: from writing support emails to unpacking and testing devices.

    • A basic technical curiosity: you don't need to know ADB or Android debugging yet, but you should be excited to learn it.

    • Good German and English, written and spoken.

    • Comfortable with common tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira — or quick to pick them up.

    • Available for regular on-site work at our Berlin office (required for shipments and hardware handling).

    Your profile

    • Competitive fixed salary
    • 30 days of vacation (based on full-time employment)
    • Subsidy for the Deutschlandticket and Wellhub membership
    • Collaboration with international teams and external partners
    • Direct insights into a growing international DOOH company
    • Opportunity to take on responsibility and actively shape processes
    • Access to the Axel Springer network and co-working facilities
    • International work environment with close cross-border collaboration

    What’s in it for you?
