Summary
Plato is seeking a Marketing & Content Intern to help build its marketing function from the ground up, making AI tangible for traditional industries. The role requires strong content creation, graphic design, and social media skills, offering real ownership and the chance to work directly with founders in Berlin.
Your responsibilities
Marketing at Plato is ramping up, and you'll help build it from the start. Our job is to make AI tangible for an industry that has barely touched it yet. You'll shape how we tell that story.We need a creative mind who spots trends early, knows what makes our audience stop scrolling and turns that into content people engage with. You won't just execute. You'll bring your own ideas to the table and see them go live.
In this role you will:
- Create content of all kinds, from social posts to presentations and long-form articles.
- Turn customer stories, webinars and articles into formats that work on social media.
- Run Plato's social media channels and help our founders and team post on their own profiles.
- Jump on industry news and trends with timely content.
- Design presentations for events, sales pitches and other occasions.
- Keep our website up to date.
- Pitch your own ideas, test them and learn what works.
Your qualifications
- You're currently studying or just graduated in marketing, communications, design, business or similar. Mandatory and voluntary internships both work.
- You're creative and full of ideas, and you know how to hook people.
- You have solid design skills (e.g. Figma) and work you can show us.
- You write clearly and can break complex topics down for different target audiences.
- You have an eye for trends and know what makes people engage.
- You know how to use AI tools to work faster and better but not to create slop.
- You work independently and take ownership of your tasks.
- Excellent German and English, based in Berlin, available full-time for 6 months.
- Bonus: You've edited short videos (e.g. CapCut, Premiere).
