Your role
As our Performance Marketing Manager (all genders) for Paid Social, you will be a core engine of our new customer acquisition efforts. You will manage the day-to-day execution and creative optimization of our international Meta and TikTok campaigns, working in close collaboration with our experienced Performance Marketing team.
This is a hands-on opportunity to drive campaign excellence where performance metrics meet creative production. We are looking for a marketer who knows exactly what makes people stop scrolling, how to analyze video performance, and how to turn those insights into high-converting asset briefs to help scale our brand.
Execute & Optimize: Manage and optimize day-to-day, full-funnel campaigns on Meta and TikTok, with a primary focus on driving efficient new customer acquisition (CPA/ROAS)
Creative Strategy & Briefing: Act as the bridge between campaign data and asset production. You will analyze creative performance, identify trends (hooks, transitions, CTAs), and translate them into actionable briefs for creators and designers
Campaign Architecture: Maintain and build smart account structures, leveraging native platform features like Meta’s Advantage+ Shopping, TikTok Spark Ads, and Shopping Ads
Budget Management: Deploy and adjust campaign budgets across multiple international markets, making data-driven decisions to scale winning creatives
Testing & Learning: Support a continuous testing framework for both channels, staying on top of fast-paced native social trends and platform updates
Collaborative Reporting: Track daily performance metrics to understand trends, sharing insights with the broader growth team to coordinate our scaling efforts
Your profile
Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in D2C e-commerce performance marketing, with a strong, practical track record in both Meta Ads and TikTok Ads Manager
Creative Eye: You have a deep understanding of social-first video content and a passion for turning native platform trends into measurable performance
Data-Informed: You enjoy diving into platform metrics (CTR, Watch Time, Hook Rates) to find the "why" behind creative performance and guide your next asset briefs
E-commerce Basics: Familiarity with managing product catalogues/feeds and the general dynamics of a fast-moving D2C business
Attribution Aware: You understand basic modern attribution challenges and are comfortable using platform data alongside tracking tools to evaluate performance
Languages: Fluency in both English and German is required; proficiency in another major European language (French, Spanish, Polish) is a strong plus
