Please note: Hands-on experience with programmatic is essential. You will be working in:Fluent English is essential. German is a big plus, and any additional language is a bonus. How you will make an impact: You'll be responsible for the campaign lifecycle when it comes to digital activations across different channels with a strong focus on programmatic (such as CTV/OTT/VOD, Online Video, Display, Audio). Together with internal teams like Growth and Media Buying, you'll develop strategies, media plans and forecasts for our clients campaigns. Manage end-to-end campaign execution: planning, campaign set-up, optimization and reporting. Communicating and presenting confidently to clients strategies, report data and recommendations. You'll work together in a team of other Digital Marketing Managers, collaborating towards the success of the campaign and sharing knowledge. Stay ahead of industry trends by testing new tools and partners. Skills you need to be successful: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, at an agency, DSP/ad tech platform, or digital-first brand/start-up. Experience with Programmatic campaigns and related mechanisms and buying methods. Familiarity with CTV/OTT/VOD campaigns is a plus: main players, how to buy, KPIs, etc. Experience with a major DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360 or Amazon DSP). Experience in media planning and executing campaigns first-hand across multiple channels. Data driven with analytical skills, confident with Excel and visualization tools like Datastudio and Supermetrics. Client facing and presentation skills are a strong plus Understanding attribution and tracking methods, including campaign measurement tools and limitations.
