We are proud to be a company that thrives by doing things differently, challenging expectations and stereotypes while making a positive impact on our customers’ lives.     Join us at Lovehoney, where pleasure combines with creativity, data, and innovation!   We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning who will own the end-to-end demand planning process, delivering accurate forecasts that drive inventory availability, optimise working capital and support commercial growth.You will partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance and Supply Planning teams to translate sales drivers, promotions and new product launches into a robust and actionable demand plan. This role plays a critical leadership position within the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and will drive continuous improvement in forecasting tools, data and processes.
