Senior Product Manager - Search & Sort (all genders)

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how millions of customers across Europe explore and discover products—leveraging semantic search, dynamic ranking, and personalization at scale. This is a high-impact opportunity to own strategy and execution end-to-end, working at the intersection of search, machine learning, and customer experience. You’ll collaborate with top-tier engineers and data scientists to build systems that directly drive business growth, contributing to a domain responsible for a significant share of company revenue. Your Responsibilities Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Search & Sort, covering query understanding, semantic retrieval, ranking, and result presentation Lead the evolution from rule-based sorting to dynamic, context-aware ranking driven by user intent and market signals Drive technical product decisions across NLP, information retrieval, embeddings, and LLM-based approaches Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions Own and optimize key discovery and business KPIs (relevance, conversion, personalization, revenue impact) Mentor and support other product managers, contributing to product excellence and best practices across the organization Your Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product management, delivering customer-facing digital products with measurable impact 2+ years working on search, ranking, or recommendation systems (e.g., semantic search, embeddings, re-ranking) Strong understanding of search architecture, NLP, and information retrieval systems; experience with LLMs is a plus Solid technical background in computer science, machine learning, data science, or software engineering Proven ability to lead complex initiatives in cross-functional, matrix environments Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical, business, and customer perspectives
