    We're looking for a Director of CRM who will architect a sophisticated, data-driven customer lifecycle engine designed to maximize long-term retention and engagement across our global user base. Your mission is to bring structure, intelligence, and scalability to a CRM system that is complex by nature — with many entry points, diverse user flows, and a high bar for automation.

    What You'll Do 🎯

    • Own the full CRM strategy and architecture — mapping all user journey entry points, designing the logic across flows, and ensuring every decision is built to last rather while Almedia grows.

    • Build a smart, automated engagement system that goes beyond batch-and-blast — leveraging behavioral triggers, predictive logic, and multi-channel sequencing across Email, Push, SMS, and In-App

    • Partner with Data and Engineering to define the CRM data schema, ensuring real-time event tracking is correctly mapped and actionable across all communication tools

    • Scale global retention KPIs (Day-30, Day-90) by deploying structured testing frameworks that generate real signal — not just A/B tests, but systematic experiments across channels, timing, and messaging

    • Collaborate with Senior PMs and the Head of UA to bridge the gap between acquisition and long-term monetization, ensuring a unified user experience throughout the lifecycle

    What You'll Bring 💡

    • Deep understanding of CRM data architecture — you know how to structure a system so it scales, and you can identify when the underlying logic is broken vs. when execution is the problem

    • Experience in high-volume B2C engagement at companies with large, active user bases where lifecycle complexity is real and the stakes are high.

    • Mastery of omnichannel orchestration platforms (e.g., Braze) including the ability to build complex logic, API-triggered campaigns, and automated flows without relying on a team to execute every detail

    • Strong analytical skills — you know what data to look for, how to interpret it, and how to turn insights into structural decisions (not just campaign tweaks)

    • Bonus: Experience building or overhauling a CRM system from a messy, fragmented state into a scalable, well-structured lifecycle engine
