Project Manager – Business Development for eMobility (all genders)

Your challenge

In the role of Project Manager – Business Development for eMobility (all genders) at Hubject, you will lead software and solution development projects from the beginning to the rollout of charging services for Hubject's international clients, oversee the ongoing operational delivery of these projects, and act as the key counterpart for our clients and partners, including driving operational excellence and supporting business development.  

Please note that due to planning reasons, this role is currently limited to a 2-year-contract.

Your Tasks

• Product & project management of client projects in the automotive and eMobility sector on a global level 
• Define features and roadmaps based on data-driven knowledge 
• Take over full ownership for sub-projects & manage work streams independently 
• Plan, track, and report milestones and further KPIs and ensure that our worldwide projects teams deliver in time 
• Align and proactively communicate with stakeholders inside and outside the organization on different levels 
• Pursue the team's common goal of always creating an unforgettable experience with enthusiasm and a high level of commitment 
• Have an entrepreneurial and flexible approach to managing tasks

Your Profile

• You have at least 4 years of experience in project management and/or business development, with a strong track record of successfully managing complex software projects. 
• Professional project management certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) are considered a plus.  
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.  
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, enabling successful coordination across business and technical teams.  
• A goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership, combined with a structured, detail-oriented approach and a passion for teamwork.  
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira and Confluence.  
• Openness to working with international colleagues, diverse cultures, and new technologies; experience in the automotive and eMobility sector is considered a strong plus.
