    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    • You strategically position DataGuard multi suite hybrid solution with decision makers, driving new business growth in the SMB and Midmarket segment

    • You manage the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless transition to our Customer Success Team

    • You craft compelling sales plans, unlocking untapped opportunities in your territory

    • You drive our revenue forward with a dynamic, multi-touch channel approach, always maintaining a robust pipeline

    • You document activities in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy always

    • You forecast future revenue (ARR) with precision, contributing to long-term growth

    • You consistently surpass your individual quota, redefining success in sales and climbing the career ladder quickly

    THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD

    • University degree in business, economics, marketing or comparable

    • At least 2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS closing role

    • Compelling sales track record with consistent quota achievement

    • Proficient in lead generation via outbound

    • Excellent skills in addressing business leaders and client-side functional managers involved in the decision-making process (MEDDIC)

    • Analytical skills combined with a getting-things-done attitude and enthusiasm, as well as a confident and poised demeanour

    • Team player, willing to learn from others and to share own experiences

    • German skills at native speaker level as well as very good English skills
