Senior Product Manager (d/f/m)

Our PRO business is a critical growth engine, and in this role you drive the Performance domain—building the next generation of tools, insights, and experiences that help small and large B2C sellers improve visibility, conversion, and selling success. This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to the Head of Product (PRO) Who you are: - You are strongly data-driven and make decisions through evidence, experiments, and measurable outcomes rather than intuition. - You use AI as part of your product toolkit and bring an AI mindset to how you design, evaluate, and improve solutions. - You have a proven track record delivering complex initiatives in a cross-functional environment, including lean discovery and scalable test setups. - You can navigate marketplace dynamics (buyer/seller needs; private vs. commercial users) and make clear prioritization calls. - You communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences and are confident in defining problems, KPIs, and success metrics; - German (C1) is a plus, English is required. What you’ll do: - Co-define the Performance domain strategy and user value proposition together with your business partner and Product leadership, balancing user needs and business impact. - Lead a cross-functional, full-stack team with your Tech Lead and Engineering Manager, translating strategy into a prioritized roadmap and clear outcomes. - Turn complex problem spaces into structured discovery and delivery (epics, experiments, work packages), and keep work focused on user needs and business impact. - Use data, experimentation, and KPIs to assess product health and impact, and to guide decisions end-to-end (discovery → delivery → iteration). - Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs transparently, and represent your product direction clearly across stakeholders and leadership. - Embed AI thoughtfully into your daily product work and into solutions for sellers where it improves effectiveness, scalability, or user experience. 💚 Your benefits at Kleinanzeigen At Kleinanzeigen, we care about our people — their wellbeing, growth, and life beyond work.
