    At Wunderflats, CRM is becoming a core growth lever for our two-sided marketplace. As CRM Lead, you’ll take full ownership of lifecycle marketing across landlords and tenants — from strategy and journey design to automation, optimisation, and commercial impact.

    This is a senior, hands-on role for experienced CRM marketers who want real ownership, not a narrow execution slice.

    THE ROLE & YOUR IMPACT

    Wunderflats is entering a new growth phase and investing in a modern, flexible CRM setup.

    In this role, you’ll define how lifecycle marketing works at scale. Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll connect user intent with the right message at the right time and establish CRM as a measurable, trusted growth channel across the business.

    You own strategy, execution, optimisation, and results.

    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

    • Owning lifecycle strategy across supply (landlords) and demand (tenants)

    • Building automated journeys that drive activation, conversion, and retention

    • Defining segmentation and lifecycle logic across complex user journeys

    • Owning CRM KPIs, reporting, and performance optimisation

    • Continuously testing messaging, timing, frequency, and content

    Supply (Landlords)

    • Activate and nurture leads to first listing

    • Reactivate inactive or churned landlords

    • Align CRM flows with Sales and activation pipelines

    Demand (Tenants)

    • Segment users based on intent and behaviour

    • Improve visit-to-booking-request conversion

    • Re-engage inactive users and drive repeat usage

    You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Paid Media, Content, and Data, leading through expertise and influence.

    WHO YOU ARE

    You’re a senior CRM or lifecycle marketer who enjoys ownership, complexity, and impact.

    You bring:

    • Strong hands-on experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing

    • Proven ability to own strategy and execution end-to-end

    • Experience with complex or two-sided journeys (marketplaces, SaaS, platforms)

    • A commercial mindset and comfort being accountable for results

    • High autonomy in fast-moving environments

    • German and English speaking skills C1-2
