    Please note that for this role, C2 Dutch proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.

    What you will do

    • Be our first Account Executive for the Netherlands. Build the foundation for future growth.

    • Work with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to improve lead quality and conversion.

    • Build strong relationships with B2B clients like solar and heatpump installers (SMBs).

    • Run demos, close deals and be hands on wherever needed.

    • Track customer needs, competitors, and market trends to sharpen our approach.

    What Makes You a Great Fit

    • Strong knowledge of SMB software sales (3+ years experience) in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups.

    • Knowledge of the Netherlands sales and go-to-market dynamics.

    • Passion for innovation in renewable energy.

    • Strong closer with a collaborative mindset.

    • Proactive, flexible, and resilient in fast-changing environments.

    • Excellent Dutch (C2) and English communication and presentation skills.
