As a Credit Analyst (m/f/d), you take ownership of core parts of our underwriting and portfolio processes (B2B and B2C). You are responsible for making and improving credit decisions, actively shaping how we scale our risk operations. You operate independently in day-to-day underwriting and play a key role in improving our risk framework as volumes grow rapidly.

Your Mission

Own and perform credit underwriting for end customers (B2C) and installer/partner companies (B2B)
Review financial documents, application data, and risk indicators within defined underwriting rules
Make credit decisions within clearly defined approval limits
Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and underwriting guidelines
Identify and escalate anomalies, risk signals, or potential fraud cases
Support the continuous improvement of underwriting and operational processes
Maintain and improve data quality in risk-relevant systems
Work closely with the Risk team to ensure stable daily operations

1–3 years of experience in Credit Risk, Underwriting, or Lending Operations

Strong experience in both B2B underwriting (B2C is a plus)

Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with financial data and structured decision-making

High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility in execution

Reliable, structured, and disciplined working style

Strong Excel skills

Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

English (minimum C1 level), fluent German is a plus
