We are currently looking for a Head of Controlling who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. In this role you will oversee the financial management of all departments related to product brands. Your mission is to elevate performance transparency across Brand & Marketing, Product, Production/Factory, and Sourcing, while driving modern, data-driven controlling practices. Additionally, you will serve as the Financial Business Partner for the leadership of the B2B and Marketplaces sales channels. You will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, strengthening data quality, and enhancing decision-making across the organization. This is a high-impact leadership position with visibility across the full value chain.
