We are looking for a Business Central Operations & Automation Specialist to join our Business Systems & Integration team for the next 24 moths. In this role, you will be responsible for the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of our Business Central SaaS environment with a strong focus on finance processes. You will help us automate workflows, strengthen internal controls, improve audit readiness, and enable our teams to work smarter through modern SaaS integrations and AI-supported solutions.
What you bring to our team: 3+ years of experience administering or managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS, ideally in a complex finance environment Strong understanding of finance processes, especially general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash collection Experience with user and permission management, ideally including Microsoft Entra Experience supporting financial audits and implementing or improving internal controls Curiosity and confidence in using AI-supported tools to improve processes and operational efficiency
Your role in our team: Administer and operate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS with a focus on finance processes Manage users and their profiles, roles, permission sets, and access rights in Business Central and Microsoft Entra Establish and maintain a data retention, archiving, and documentation framework in line with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate business processes and controls Design and improve operational finance processes in alignment with controlling frameworks and audit guidelines Monitor system performance, manage job queues, and drive continuous performance optimization Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support for business users Dimensional data governance, analysis of financial data and report creation
