Your Role
- Process 2nd level escalation tickets relating to Card Issues, declines, CPD and other tickets under Card post.
- Process Chargeback tickets if required.
- Help achieve the team’s OKR
- Proactively reach out to stakeholders to identify their needs and quickly establish their priorities.
- Keep contact with stakeholders and deliver high quality results independently, support removing road blocks and and manage escalations proactively.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Management, Statistics, Math, Economics, or related field preferred.
- First experience in relevant, Banking or FinTech Operations environment is a plus.
- Basic knowledge about Payments and Cards Schemes.
- Working knowledge of the Schemes’ Disputes Resolution process is a plus.
- SQL familiarity preferred
- Fluent command of English and German language communication skills.
