You'll be the heartbeat of our office – the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our team can do their best work. Think of yourself as the ultimate host of our Berlin space!

What You'll Actually Do 🚀

• Run the show 🏢 Keep our office looking fresh – handle deliveries, mail, supplies, and make sure meeting rooms are ready to go

• Work with cool vendors ☕ Coordinate with cleaning crews, facilities peeps, and make sure we're stocked with the best snacks

• Welcome new teammates 🎉 Set up workstations, hand out access badges, and make sure everyone has what they need

• Plan epic team events 🥳 Team up with our People & Culture Lead to create unforgettable quarterly hangouts

• Be everyone's fave person 💬 Answer questions and solve problems online and onsite

• Celebrate our people 💖 Help make every moment special – from birthdays and work anniversaries to major milestones. You’ll organize small surprises, team shoutouts, and thoughtful touches that keep our culture strong and connected.
