    Please note that for this role, C2 English proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Augsburg or Berlin.

    What You’ll Do

    • Sales strategy: Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies - tracking pipeline health and driving accountability to keep revenue growth on track.

    • Operational excellence: Analyse existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable solutions - then own the implementation across Sales, Tech, and Operations without needing a brief to get started.

    • Cross-functional coordination: Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Operations, and leadership - unblocking teams, driving change, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

    • Executive leverage: Monitor and track key initiatives, provide insights to founders and leadership, and play an active role in prioritizing and executing the founders' agenda.

    • Strategic projects: Own high-priority projects from 0 to 1 - translating business requirements into practical solutions and bringing structure, speed, and full accountability to everything you touch.

    What Makes You a Great Fit

    • +2 years of experience in consultancy or as Founders Associate.

    • Studying at a top university with strong entrepreneurial focus.

    • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality.

    • Ambitious and ready to go the extra mile when needed.

    • Structured, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

    • Curiosity about how tech, operations, and business strategy come together in high-growth companies.

    • Eager to invest time beyond standard hours.

    • Fluent in English, German is a plus.
