Werkstudent Content & Brand (m/w/d)

About the Role

As a working student in Content and Brand, you will shape how a B2B marketing services company communicates across social media, video, and sales materials. You will help build a consistent brand presence and create content that supports the company's growth.

What You'll Do

• Write LinkedIn posts, hooks, storylines, and carousels for company and founder accounts.

• Concept, film, edit, and produce video and image content, including short-form videos, interviews, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes material.

• Maintain consistent branding across the website, pitch decks, sales materials, and templates.

• Plan and manage a content calendar, publishing regularly and keeping production moving.

• Review content performance, identify effective formats, and use results to guide future content.

What We're Looking For

• You are currently enrolled as a student and can work 16 to 20 hours per week, ideally for at least 12 months.

• You have C2-level or native German proficiency and experience creating LinkedIn content, with an understanding of what performs on the platform.

• You have experience writing marketing or brand content for B2B audiences, ideally in software or SaaS.

• You can produce video end to end and use CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent editing software.

• You have used Figma, Canva, or similar tools for visual assets, decks, and marketing materials.

• You can manage a content calendar, analyze performance metrics, and apply insights to content planning.

• You are proactive, comfortable working independently, and can share a portfolio or examples of your work. Photography and on-location production experience are helpful.

This is an on-site role in Berlin, Germany, near Rosenthaler Platz. The schedule is 16 to 20 hours per week.
