About the Role
Join a lean, early-stage B2B sales intelligence team and work directly with the founding team on go-to-market strategy and sales execution. You will help turn market insights into practical sales processes and growth initiatives.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute go-to-market initiatives, tracking their results and impact.
Partner with the CEO on outbound sales, pipeline development, and deal progression.
Manage outreach sequences, lead qualification, CRM records, and pipeline tracking.
Build and refine sales playbooks based on prospect feedback and market results.
Identify market opportunities and run go-to-market experiments.
Represent the team in prospect conversations and early customer interactions.
What We're Looking For
Two to four years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales execution, or business development.
Experience designing and running go-to-market experiments or assessing market opportunities.
Experience with outbound campaigns, prospect discovery, lead qualification, and CRM or pipeline management.
Ability to develop sales playbooks and use data to guide go-to-market decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working in ambiguity and moving quickly.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $60,000 to $90,000 USD.
