Intro
Making healthy eating effortless - with plant-based, chef-crafted meals that deliver maximum nutrition, flavour, and convenience. At Every, we help people reach their health goals while protecting the planet. Our vision goes beyond quick fixes - it's about sustainable wellbeing.
We are a fast-growing food company operating both D2C subscriptions and B2B channels, currently across DACH and BNL, and growing rapidly 100% YoY.
For our Operations Team, we are looking for a (Senior) Fulfillment Manager (f/m/d). In this role, you own the fulfillment engine behind every box we ship - managing the 3PLs and fulfillment centres that store, build and dispatch our products across Europe. You keep fulfillment running reliably, on time and at cost, working closely with partners and internal teams to protect an outstanding customer experience as we continue to scale.
Your responsibilities
You own the day-to-day performance of our fulfillment operations across the FC network — from inbound of finished goods, through cold storage and pick-pack, to dispatch-ready outbound.
You manage and develop our external fulfillment partners (3PLs / fulfillment centres) across DACH and Benelux, driving performance through clear SLAs, governance, regular business reviews, and continuous improvement.
You own our core fulfillment KPIs and steer partners against them — with Fulfilled on Time (FoT) as the headline metric, since reliable, on-time dispatch is what protects customer experience and enables growth. You also track dispatch accuracy / error rate, packaging and box quality, and fulfillment cost per box.
You analyse operational data, identify trends and root causes, and translate insights into initiatives that improve service quality, customer experience, and cost efficiency.
You proactively identify fulfillment risks and capacity constraints across the network, developing mitigation plans before they impact customers or business performance.
You facilitate the introduction and roll-out of new packaging technologies — owned by our Upstream team — acting as the project manager for enablement across all fulfillment centres, so new formats and specs are implemented smoothly and consistently.
You liaise on and support cold-chain and food-safety compliance within the FC network, partnering closely with our Quality & Safety function to ensure standards are met and maintained at every site.
You shape the future of our fulfillment network — supporting new FC onboarding, capacity expansion, and process and automation improvements toward a scalable operating model.
You work closely with Customer Care, Upstream, Quality & Safety, Product, Tech, and Finance, acting as the operational link between teams and ensuring decisions are backed by operational realities.
You build data-driven business cases for network optimisation, fulfillment-cost efficiency, and operational investments, supporting strategic decision-making within the Operations team.
What you bring
You have 4+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, supply chain, or operations, ideally within a fast-growing D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or food environment.
You have experience managing external fulfillment partners, 3PLs, or fulfillment centres, and know how to build long-term, performance-driven partnerships — experience with cold-chain, frozen, or food operations is a strong plus.
You bring solid project management skills and can drive cross-site roll-outs and enablement to plan, on time and without disruption to live operations.
You combine operational excellence with strategic thinking and enjoy identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance, and scalability.
You are comfortable analysing operational data, translating insights into business recommendations, and influencing decisions through facts and structured thinking.
You thrive in cross-functional environments and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external partners.
You take ownership, communicate proactively, and remain calm when solving complex operational challenges.
You are fluent in German and have professional working proficiency in English.
